I called about the clogged sinks. We agreed that they would come at lunchtime the next day. They didn't arrive. When I called again and asked: why they weren't there, he hung up. When I called again from another phone and started to speak, he hung up again. He doesn't know me and I don't know him to hang up on my call-why? . This business is a joke or a scam. Avoid like the plague.
Response : Thank you for your comment. We are emergency drain specialists and as such can't always answer calls immediately due to operating equipment. We were on an emergency call and you called a considerable number of times in a short space of time. The customer we were with at the time was very distressed. As you say yourself you called to ask "WHY aren't you here? ". We elected not to take on your job because of the negative attitude we encountered. You are not a customer and therefore should have not left a review.
