Furry Friends Boarding

Our Roborovski dwarf hamster Mabel boarded at Furry Friends for 2 weeks, for the first time, in Aug 2019. Mabel had a very restful stay. Furry Friends Boarding is extremely professional and clean. Jacqui is very welcoming and took the time to chat about Mabel's needs and diet. For the duration of Mabel's stay, she was housed within Jacqui's home, in a very quiet but bright room - which was perfect for her. Mabel's cage was cleaned out to a very high standard. When we picked up Mabel she looked very calm and settled. Thank you Jacqui - we will certainly board Mabel with you again on our next holiday.

Chunk our house rabbit always looks forward to his stay at furry friends. Unfortunately he was unwell the week leading up to his visit. Jacqui however took such excellent care of him once again and he has returned home his normal self, full of beans. It's always complete peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands and he is spending time in a lovely environment. We can't recommend furry friends highly enough. Thanks Jacqui.

Lucy's Fromage and Frei look like they enjoyed thier stay with Jacqui. I like the photos on facebook with both rats obviously relaxed and having a good look around thier new surroundings. We will looking to book with Furry Friends again next year.

Our rabbit Willow has been holidaying at Fury Friends Boarding since 2013. It's great to be able to go away and know that your pet will be really well cared for. Jacqui is absolutely brilliant and has sent pictures and updates whilst we have been away. Highly recommended - 5* holiday for your pet!

Jacqui was very helpful and handled my bunnies with care. She was very gentle when cleaning them and cutting their nails. I can't thank her enough!

Furry friends were amazing. Jaqui went above and beyond the services advertised in caring for a rabbit for a patient of mine that had been hospitalised. While the rabbit was in her care she developed his social skills and toilet trained him. I would recommend furry friends to anyone who required boarding for their small pet. The facilities are marvellous and the animals get the care and attention any owner would be delighted with. It was very obvious to me that Jaqui loves animals and that their health, happiness and well-being was of paramount importance.

Furry Friends provided excellent care for our rabbit and guinea pig during our recent holiday abroad. They are both rescue pets and we had only had them for approximately six months so I was concerned that going to a different place would knock their confidence and the relationship we had built with them. I needn’t have worried as it was clear that they were treated as part of the family and their confidence had increased further when we returned. We also received photos and updates via e-mail which was nice as we could see how well they had settled in and all our special requests for them were catered for without question. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Furry Friends to anyone looking for small animal boarding and we will definitely be using them again in the future.
