Funerals from the Heart

My mum passed away suddenly last month and Funerals from the Heart was highly recommended by a few people and I can see why, they were all brilliant and I got exactly what I asked for, visited my mum in the chapel of rest which was made to make you feel comfortable and not too destressing, the staff have helped me out after the funeral also so thankyou all from the bottom of my heart xxx.

I've just watched my neighbours funeral online as I was unable to attend due to ill health. Louise was very helpful and talked me through the procedure also taught me a few things I didnt know about my mobile phone ! Thank you Louise for your patience and help. It was a beautiful service.

Shortly before Christmas my family were distressed by the death of my father John. Initially we went to Funerals From The heart as they were local, we never regretted this decision for one moment. Janette, Louise and her team were both professional, understanding, warm and calming at a time of great distress for me personally. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they attempted and succeeded to make the entire procedure as pain free as possible. I will never be able to thank them enough for helping us get through what was a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. You will not get anyone better. Barbara.

Outstanding ! Over a period of 30 years I have used the services of 3 Chester based funeral company s which I have been happy with , a funeral is the last thing you can do for your beloved family and organising it is very difficult when your overwhelmed with grief. Funerals from the heart were exceptional in every way possible. A family run business who gave us compassion, support, listening to our needs giving us ideas from their experience that helped us give a send off to our loved one that we were proud of, from organising flowers, order of service , music and little finishing touches that meant the world to us. They treated our loved one with such respect and warmth. They also helped with the reading of the will and paper work that goes along with a funeral taking so much pressure of us. They were outstanding and I can't thank Janette and her daughter enough from the bottom of my heart. I would certainly recommend your outstanding service as our loved ones derserve the best thank you Donna Arden.

The staff are lovely they have helped every step of the way with the funeral of my Dad. I wouldn't have know what to do the staff are very helpful before and after. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much Caroline.

I attended the funeral of a close friend and the send off that she recieved from Funerals from the Heart was lovely. They went out of their way to fulfill the familys requests and the funeral ran so smooth. The staff were friendly, attentive and caring. Funerals from the heart help us though a very sad time from day one the care and thoughtful attention they put into every detail was outstanding start to finish they covered every detail and the care for our family was heartfelt I would reconmend funeral from the heart to anyone.
