Recently installed a new boiler in my property all work was carried out in a professional manner clean and tidy and kept me up to date through the whole process. Highly recommend.

My boiler stopped producing hot water on Friday night (typical). Got in touch with Fullflow and they offered to come round on Saturday or I could wait till Monday. I booked in on Monday. They phoned before coming round, came round on time and fixed my problem - turned out to be human error (I appear to have turned it off). Excellent service.

I have lived in my house for 13 years and put up with slow running drain from my bath because I did not know any better. I called Chris as the water in the bath was not running away it was blocked. Chris and his apprentice came the same day and unblocked it, a small hitch came after the unblocking so I phoned Chris to ask if he could come again he was very polite and obliging when I spoke to him. Chris and his apprentice came out and fixed the pipe under the bath and gave the drain another blast. I can't thank Chris enough as the water from my hand basin and bath is running away so quickly I just can't believe it It is such a pleasure knowing that I can Have a bath or a shower and the water runs away freely. Chris and his team fitted a bathroom and shower room which were of a very high standard. His workmanship is great and any minor issues were dealt with very promptly. All trades working with him are superb and Chris always co-ordinates efficiently to fit in with the client. Ours was a big job involving a complete clear out and refit of two bathrooms before we moved into the property and Chris went out of his way to ensure that the job was finished on time. Very kind, thoughtful and professional.

Chris and his Staff do a great job whilst being polite and considerate at all times. Polythene dust sheets were used throughout the house so that no dirt went on any carpet space. A good experience with CITY SOLUTIONS and I would not hesitate to call them again.

We had our bathroom refurbished which consisted of removal of tiles, replacement of bath and shower, retaining some fit nets, fitting of wallboards and re plastering. Chris understood our requirements and was able to suggest how these could be achieved, and how they could be improved on (hence the plastering). We are very pleased with the results.
