Fronfelen Cattery is a brand new, purpose-built boarding cattery, which has been constructed to the highest standards to provide ideal conditions for your cat's stay. Located just outside the village of Llangeitho, and within easy reach of Tregaron, Lampeter, Aberystwyth and Aberaeron, the cattery is a lovely bright building, with natural light flooding through all day and with stunning views from every suite. Tucked into the hillside, away from the road and surrounded by beautiful countryside, it's a wonderfully tranquil setting from which to enjoy the abundant local wildlife.

We have twelve individual pods, and each pod can accommodate up to 2 cats from the same household. We also have a couple of interconnecting pods, perfect for up to four cats from the same household. The pods have been designed and built by specialist cattery builders and are furnished by us with the sole aim of making your cat's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All pods have a heated sleeping area, perfect for a quiet and restful nap. The sleeping area is separate from the play and exercise space, where there is plenty for room for fun and activity or for just relaxing and watching the wildlife. We provide everything your cat will need, from cosy beds with blankets, fleeces and cushions, to toys, scratching posts and cat trees.

Your cat's health and well-being is of the utmost importance and we treat every cat in our care as a member of our own household. We have experience of caring for cats with various disabilities and medical needs, and we can administer medication if required, including injections. All cats staying at Fronfelen must have up to date vaccinations against feline flu and enteritis and be treated for fleas and worms prior to their arrival. Fronfelen Cattery has been designed particularly to provide a happy, safe and nurturing environment, where you can be assured that all your cat's needs will be attended to with love and care.

If you're unable to bring your cat to us for any reason, we can come and collect them from you.

Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday 08:30 - 10:30 and 16:00 - 18:00.
Sundays 16:00 - 18:00.
