Based in a consulting room in Liverpool city centre on Rodney Street. I also provide sessions online via secure video meeting software. My consulting rooms are an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I provide counselling and psychotherapy to individual adults. I have 23 years experience of providing counselling and psychotherapy. I work with people on a wide range of issues. Sessions take place in a caring, professional and safe environment. My expertise lies in the areas of: social anxiety and low self-esteem.

Enabling clients to gain better understanding of themselves, to overcome obstacles in their lives, and reach their goals as soon as possible, the service provides individuals and couples with a professional counselling service. Within a pleasant and comfortable consulting room and with a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, the service is designed to help people realise their potential and live life to the full.

I am a full-time counsellor and psychotherapist qualified with an MSc in Counselling Psychology. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics and am bound by their complaints procedure.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist and am listed on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

I have many satisfied clients, located in and around Liverpool, including people from all walks of life.

I am very experienced and previously worked in the NHS, as well private and voluntary sectors.
