BUYER BEWARE! This company sold me a small plot of woodland described as free from restrictions and ideal for recreation. When the title deeds finally arrived there were two pages of covenants and restrictions written in legalese. When I approached them to decipher these they were unwilling to help. I have now had to find a specialist solicitor who has told me that as this company acted as my agent they had a legal obligation to advise me of these restrictions - I will now be seeking to pursue the matter. I advise extreme caution before you buy land off these people!
