It’s only free if you can remove the watermark from the one they send initially AND if you turn down the endless extras and subsequent email requests for advice, checking, binding etc etc all of which are chargeable. This lack of transparency at the outset does not inspire confidence neither do the negative review terms.

Paid £30 for a delivered copy that has not been received. I have been told it was posted on a Friday then on the Monday by someone else and still no will. Terrible service, just lies.

Very easy to use Website. User friendly. Happy with service provided. I did order a tamper proof storage box but received a leather wallet which although looks and feels nice I cannot see how it can possibly be tamper proof as it only has a zip to secure it which anyone could open. Not what I was expecting to receive.
