Paul who is running the company 'Francis Telephone engineer' came to our house on a Saturday to sort us out with a phone line problem. He actually sort out the whole house! Not only he fixed our phone line, but also the broadband speed and all the phone sockets in the house! I highly highly recommend Paul, he is very friendly and exceptional in his service. We have internet back in the house, we now know what was the problem, we even have a phone working now while it never did before! Thanks a lot Paul! So yes 5 stars with no hesitation!
