France Removals London & European

France Removals have been brilliant. I rang them from London on a Monday morning, and by early evening had arranged for them to collect some items of furniture from my house in France to bring back to London the following Wednesday (two days later) when I would be at the house in France. The driver (Chris) picked up the items at 10 am, negotiating narrow streets and sharp turns to park outside my house, and loaded the items into his van in less than 20 minutes. He was unflappable and polite throughout. France Removals then held on to the items at their depot until I was back in London the following week and able to clear space in my house there for delivery. This was carried out by Leo and helper on Thursday afternoon, again with kindness and efficiency. I know from relatives who have relocated to Europe that the process of moving furniture between UK and mainland Europe can be a nightmare and take a long time. My house move was made super straightforward and easy. Communication was great and I was able to arrange a van at short notice. They arrived well on time on the day and were super helpful in loading and unloading boxes. I would certainly use again.

We had been badly let down by another removal firm. At last minute I called Leo at FR and he managed to squeeze our part load in to a van that he had doing a move at Geneva. He was extremely proactive and helpful and the driver arrived right on time (the day before our departure! ) and then Leo arranged delivery to Norfolk on the following day - great service and nice people to deal with. Flawless removal. I moved from France to Scotland. The service provided was very professional. The contact person is available on WhatsApp and on the phone without any major delays. The removal itself was very efficient. I had my things packed by the staff. I opted for the temporary storage of my goods before the final delivery. I had some troubles with my bank clearing the transaction and the contact person helped me solve them: I appreciated it.
