We ordered a replacement filter and tap and both arrived on time and well packed with good instructions. I realised that my existing plastic tube was a different size but Chris gave me good advice for a suitable adapter followed by practical advice for fitting it after I had problems. All now operational - thank you Chris. .

I was in need of a replacement water filter cartridge that I had been told was no longer available. A couple of emails each way and exactly the right filter arrived, very well packaged and bang on time. I will be back for more cartridges in the future, first class service.

Prompt, Efficient and Friendly Service. This was my first order of Water-to-Go filters from Fountain Filters for our walk in Spain at the end of the month. We ordered the whole house Moby One flow system, it was delivered very propmtly by Simon, fitted by our Plumber the next day ( his first whole house filtration system ) in our garage for ease of access. My Wife tells me it makes our slightly hard water easier on her skin. I would recommend this system to anyone living in this area.
