I have been installing a new system and needed a black fountain tap to match in with the rest of the kitchen. Fountain were the only company able to supply. The quality (made in Poland) is excellent and all ordered parts arrived within 48 hours. Fitting was simple and we are delighted with our purchase.

Prompt, Efficient and Friendly Service. This was my first order of Water-to-Go filters from Fountain Filters for our walk in Spain at the end of the month. For our preparation, I needed the filters asap. Fountain Filters spotted an error with my order being a wrong email address which they corrected and still assisted with a payment issue. Their readiness to help me correct this so they could get the order out quickly was so appreciated. Despite my errors, they still got my order out today without delay. We ordered the whole house Moby One flow system, it was delivered very propmtly by Simon, fitted by our Plumber the next day ( his first whole house filtration system ) in our garage for ease of access. My Wife tells me it makes our slightly hard water easier on her skin. I would recommend this system to anyone living in this area.

I think this is the second time I've ordered from Foutain Filters and am very pleased with their service, so much so, I don't think I shall go anywhere else. At the moment, I just buy replacement cartridges for my franke 3 way tap, but am interested to read about other kinds of filters where a third tap isn't needed - this is particularly important as I may be moving some time this year and I know the one thing I shall miss is the taste of the water that comes from the drinking water tap, so I know where to come when the time arrives for me to potentially change the drinking water system in the house I move to.
