Phoned david to change locks on my daughters new house which was in falkirk. David turned up on time, was covid safe, did a great job at a great price. Would definately use again.

After being messed around by two separate locksmith companies, one of whom turned up to quote and didn't call me back for three weeks, the other who did part of the job and then disappeared off the face of the earth, I was at the end of my tether and desperate to find someone reliable and professional. Enter David, from Fort Knox Locks. He talked everything through with me on the phone, answered calls and texts promptly in the run up to the appointment, turned up bang on time and did a really professional job, then cleaned everything up, leaving the flat spotless. My storm doors are now really secure and I'm so happy to have finally got the job completed. I can't recommend Fort Knox Locks highly enough.

After having another company out to repair our lock, it broke again after 5 week's. We sometimes couldn't open or lock our door because of faulty lock. We found Fort Knox Locks online and called them out. As promised David arrived on xmas eve 2012 fully replaced our faulty lock and gave us new handles and for this great service it didn't cost us much more money than we already paid to the other company for the temp repair they done. David arrived on time, unlocked the the door and replaced the lock with minimal damage to the door. He kept me informed the whole time about what was happening and even honoured the original price even though it took longer than initially expected.

Having locked myself out with the yale lock, the locksmith arrived within the hour and got access to the flat in a few minutes, the lock is not damaged, nor is the door and the service was helpful and friendly. Hope I won't have to, but if I do, i'll use again.
