Form Moulders is a plastic injection moulding and toolmaking firm based in Haverhill, Suffolk, working with customers since 1978. Tooling and moulding happen on the same site, so one team stays with your part from first drawing to finished production. Form Moulders has been moulding plastic parts in Haverhill since 1978. In that time we have built tooling and run production for medical, automotive, aerospace and agricultural customers, and much of our work comes from relationships that have lasted decades. The team combines toolmaking and moulding experience under one roof, so advice on a part comes from people who will also be making it.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification with LRQA under UKAS accreditation, and we work with full traceability, which matters to the medical, automotive, aerospace and agricultural customers we supply. Most enquiries start with a drawing, a STEP file, a sample part or even a sketch on paper, and we will review it for feasibility and advise on materials and tooling before you commit to anything.
