I attend Andy’s Bootcamp each Saturday morning at 830am. It’s a great way to start the weekend with a variety of cardio, strength training to suit all abilities. Andy is very professional, makes us feel very welcome, and will always do modifications as needed. Would throughly recommend and come rain or shine always feel better after the class. .
I started this journey a few months ago, when I first started I didn’t realise how unfit I was! My mental health wasn’t great either. I found Andy through Facebook and noticed he done a Saturday morning bootcamp session and I said to myself I had to do this! I turned up to my first session quite anxious but Andy put me at ease straight away! He worked me hard but was very encouraging, he pushed me to my limit which I am so great for because if he didn’t I wouldn’t be where I am now. I am so much fitter and my mental health has improved dramatically Thanks Andy!
I have been going to Andy's Folkestone boot camp on a Saturday morning for a couple of months now. Would highly recommend it to anyone, Andy is very professional and friendly. He always give different levels of difficulty for each exercise and doesn't push you to do more than you can. He is always very encouraging, what ever your level of fitness is. He's also very knowledgeable about nutrition and well being.
100% recommend Andy’s Boot Camps. A fun, varied and sustainable way to stay active. Being outdoors and in a friendly and supportive group setting has been hugely beneficial for my mental as well as physical health. The early starts have helped me build better habits and feel more energetic throughout the day. Andy’s passion for health and fitness shines through and keeps you motivated throughout the week.
Andy and his bootcamp have been absolutely fantastic! I've really enjoyed the variety of cardio, strength and core workouts. The early starts work perfectly for me and the group are so supportive. There are always modified moves depending on your levels of fitness. It really sets me up for a great day!
I really enjoyed the early morning boot camps. If you attend on a regular basis you can build up your fitness and have a great start to the day. The venue is atmospheric and Andy's exercises get you out of your comfort zone and set you up for the day.
I joined Andy's Bootcamp classes in January 2022 and I have just completed his 6 week programme. The classes are really friendly and supportive. Andy has the right balance of motivation, encouragement and pushing you to get one more squat. I would highly recommend his classes. He is a great PT.
This has been a brilliant experience - a boot camp run by a real expert in a great location. It’s not macho or competitive, just Andy with his great mixture of support and challenge, helping you to do the best you can. In six weeks I’ve lost half a stone, and can get into clothes I’d given up on. It’s a really friendly group to train with, and you can work at whatever pace and level you can manage. You can do a free trial to see what it’s like, so there’s nothing to lose.
Ive been going to bootcamp for nearly 10 weeks now, I look forward to the feel good factor after completing each session and seeing and feeling great results. Fits in with family and full time work commitments and theres always extra sessions if you miss one. Andy is there to support you at every level, would highly recommend.
I am on my 5th week of boot camp and can’t believe how much I have been enjoying it. The early morning sessions fit in perfectly with my busy mum and work schedules. Andy is so supportive throughout the sessions, giving you the confidence and motivation to keep going! The people in the group are also so very welcoming and friendly and make you feel part of a team.
When I say I am not a fan of exercise or getting up early, I REALLLLLY mean it! Getting up before 8am seemed like it should be illegal and the thought of being up and working out for 40 mins made me want to cry. That is still true to some extent and I’ll always take the chance for a lie in but there is one big difference! Andy and the ladies at the Folkestone boot camp have helped me to not only feel comfortable and supported through the workouts, they have helped to feel excited about working out. I look forward to getting up on my workout day and even when I’m struggling at the class I am cheered on and accepted for my shortcomings when unable to do something. Not only that, Andy has a way with being able to offer an alternative for my ability without patronising or making me feel awkward. I’m on week four of six and I never thought I’d say this but… I’m going to continue after the six weeks are done. Oh, p. S. I’ve lost half a stone! Really enjoying the early morning bootcamps with Andy, it’s a great start to the day, if I was left to my own devices to go to the gym I’d end up staying in bed, the accountability really helps. Andy is really supportive, motivational and knowledgable.
I have been attending Andy’s Bootcamps for about 8 weeks now. He is motivating, gets the pace of the classes right and pushes us but at the same is knowledgeable about any injuries we have always providing the lower impact alternatives where needed. Would highly recommend and if you are thinking of signing up just do it! What could be better than getting fit while looking out at the view from the Leas?
