I cannot speak highly enough about the Team at Flux Pumps - we have used them for a good few years now but last week they went above and beyond what you would expect, We needed a replacement part for our Flux Pump, I contacted the Team on the Wednesday and explained we needed it for an urgent drain down on the Monday morning, the part was with the courier that night and delivered early the next morning, unfortunately I had ordered the wrong part, asking for a pump and not the motor, by the time I had contacted them, they had missed the courier, no problem for this team though as they knew it was urgent - they drove 45mins to meet the courier and had it sent to my home address and it arrived before 10am on Saturday morning. That is what you call real customer service, thank you to Yanne, Peter and all the Team, you did your Company proud, Thanks again.

I've purchased from Flux Pumps in the past so when the need came up again I didn't hesitate in getting into contact with them. Peter Joy is extremely helpful and responses quick to any queries we had. Yanne Drapier the same and patient and polite with us when we made a mistake with the purchase orders. The products are always high quality. We are about to prepare out 5th order with them in the last 6 months.

It was a prompt reply and fast supplying the required equipment with very good quality.

By far the best Pump supplier in the UK. Service is excellent, staff extremely helpful and product, although not the cheapest, is the best quality and provides longevity as well as super efficient performance. Probably one of my best suppliers, hence I would highly recommend.

Excellent service, they quoted the best option for my requirements, quoted quickly and held the validity for a few months until I was ready to proceed. My goods were despatched the day I ordered them and the level of service was outstanding.

Have to say the service from the Flux Team is superb, special mention to Yanne who from my initial enquiry had the exact product we require quoted for in 30 minutes. We have used Flux before, the first pump was purchased in 2018, it gets some really heavy use and it has never failed us. Very worthy of a 5 star review - thanks.

We run a busy CPU for a group of restaurants and Flux Pumps' food grade pump has made our operation so much more efficient. The pump is robust and exactly what you'd expect from a 'made in Germany' brand. The best part is after-sales. Everyone at Flux is so prompt and communication is spot on, spare parts are always in stock and are sent out on the day we request them on a next day courier. If only others are like these guys, thank you for your support!

Fantastic service from start to finish and although I haven’t used the pump yet, I have previous experience of Flux and their equipment from a previous company, so much so I was eager to get them into our processes.
