I highly appreciate how quickly James responded, arranged and sorted everything on a short notice. I contacted them at 4pm, and by 8pm, got the work done. James was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Philip, who came to assemble my furniture, was friendly and professional, did the great job. Highly recommend the services.

Rip off for price paid and time it took! Obviously thought was more to the assembly when agreed to the quote - Wouldn’t use again.

Flatpax Buddy to my rescue and I couldn't thank them, especially Philip who done the job enough. I was absolutely devistated, stressed and everything inbetween as I had bought my daughters a (big) Triple bunkbed (storage box stairs, many shelves etc. Not your typical triple bunk). And I had someone working on the bed for two days, after the second day, the builder basically said enough was enough and they couldn't do anything more. I was completely let down, where were my kids going to sleep? The previous single bed we had, and cot, was taken down in order to build the bunkbed). Two very sleepless nights on the settee it was, the 3rd day arrived and the bed was in absolute shambles state. Half up, bits of wood all over - mixed up taking up the majority of the floor space! And I basically just wanted to throw the lot! However I rang another joiner to come and have a look to see if there was anything they could do. Sure enough, no they couldn't, not something they had build previously and pretty much didn't even want to attempt. However they did inform me that the bits of the bed that were built, all needed to be dismantled! Great. Just what I wanted to hear. You can imagine I was absolutely adamant the whole bed was going the journey! My last resort, google a flatpack company. And I wish I done this in the first place. So so helpful, communicating through text messages and arranging a visit the NEXT DAY to see what just needed done. Ofcourse, the whole bed needed dismantled, looked at and rebuilt. This is where I cannot thank Philip enough. What a diamond. So friendly, polite, patient and even if the job did secretly seem a nightmare to him, he made it look a breeze and nothing was a bother. Within a few hours, my kids bed was up and it looked incredible. Philip you done a fantastic job and if it wasn't for you, I would have more than likely just sent the bed it's journey I really didn't think it was going to be complete in such a short time. Phil built a 10ft Trampoline with net enclosure for us. He did a good job, and was a pleasure to deal with. We will use Flatpax Buddy again in the future.

I would recommend everyone I needed a wardrobe built as soon as possible and they fitted me straight away on day they came to build it they were very polite very tidy, they did a great job of building my new wardrobe so yes it was fantastic.

It’s a shame there are only 5 stars available for the rating! We are absolutely delighted with the work completed for us. There is no chance we would have been able to do this job ourselves and the expertise demonstrated throughout the day was second to none. We had initially thought the price was quite high, but that was because we had no idea how complex the job actually was. Gary and Philip worked solidly for 8 hours with absolutely no intrusion on us. They were both very personable and checked any key decisions with us first; they even made sure everything was wired up and working properly before leaving. We can not recommend Flat Pax Buddy highly enough. Thank you - you’ve transformed our living room!

Called on the company when I was struggling to assemble some furniture. Attended promptly and very satisfied with service provided.

Bed and and wardrobe been fitted. Bed didn’t have any instructions and was put together quick with no hassle and wardrobes have been put up so well. Highly recommend this company. Price is agreed and never changes.

Excellent service from The company Phillip was tremendous got on with the job of building a up lift storage coffee table ( too complicated for me ). More than happy with the price as well. Will use this company again when needed. And happy to recommend.

I have to say these guys are absolute lifesavers after being poorly all week and then the cabin bed from hell arriving three days of attempting to put up cannot fault Gary who saved the day I rang and he was there within 20 min very polite and got straight on with putting the offending item up in no time cannot fault any of the work service absolutely spot on thank you so much and will definitely recommend and use again.

Spot on serive I will look no futher for future work I no whire to go il aslo pass onto my freinds A1 service.
