Excellent service and Gary is extremely experienced. Not only does he really know his business and what he's talking about, but he also carefully listens to all the issues you have and explains what he is doing in language that a technophobe understands! This is pretty rare as I have usually found that however good a computer repair person is, I haven't a clue what they're doing and when they're gone I am none the wiser as to what the real issues were. Gary is brilliant at explaining what he is doing and why in layman's language. Really pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

I went to Gary for some much needed help with security, storage and back up. He talked me through the options and helped me set everything up. While doing this he also managed to help me with some function/user issues I had been having, all of this was done in a clear way that even I could understand! I will be returning whenever help is needed.

I called on Flag Services when I had multiple concerns with my computer,. I was finding it impossible to link my e mail to my printer and further more completely lost some of the information which I had stored. Flag were able to correct all matters and furthermore offered helpful tips on a subsequent problem I reported to them over the phone. My All-in-One PC went completely dead on me - not a flicker on the screen or any sound. Flag Computer Repair (Gary) first gave a quick troubleshoot by e-mail, then came round the next day to investigate and take the machine away. Unfortunately my PC was out of warranty and a repair was too expensive. However, I was given a very good advice and offered different options should I wish to take them. A disappointing outcome but a first class and honest service was given all the way through, with a most supportive follow up. Gary was called in to solve a problem where we were unable to connect a Laptop to the internet.
