Fix-A-Phone

Re routed my BT line for me to remove it from sight across my front door and now hidden… nicely relocated in a discrete corner of front room. Excellent service, brilliant price and very flexible to fit with my availability. Also very tidy ? Would absolutely recommend and will use again in future. All my thanks to Jim!

Phoned firm after puppies had chewed through my Sky cable and cut off my TV services. Was expecting the worst, but Jim came round on the same day and replaced damaged cable and rerouted it to hopefully make it dachshund proof in the future! Great job at a very reasonable price.

Thanks to these guys my broadband speed has over doubled. Problems with cabling added to over the years finally gone! Thanks and would highly recommend.

Amazed at the difference in quotes between fix-a-phone and BT! (and a few others I tried) Please do not waste your time, like I did, looking for someone reliable, but give Jim a ring. He was a great help to us. Saved over £140!

A huge thank you to fix-a-phone for saving us a fortune and helping solve a 3 month nightmare with ** who were giving us terrible service. After hours and hours of me and my boyfriend on the phone, within 2 hours of Jim calling we had a new master socket in the hall and an extension in the bedroom. And he got on the phone to ** and read the riot act, I can't remember what you said Jim but it sounded like a solicitor in a court room and defo worked! All for half the price we had been quoted by ** for just the master socket! Thanks again. Mary & Jake.
