We as a Company have used First Needs for many years and are satisfied with the service they provide. In providing a care service we ask at very short notice for cover to enable the effective running of the Home and the delivery of this service. The staff sent to us are polite pleasant and trained to the required standard. They wear appropriate uniform and identification. We can also be included in their training plan should we have our own staff needing training or updating .
