First Facility Management

We used First Facility Management to do our fire risk assessment and were extremely happy with the service provided. We were kept informed along the way and the end report was extremely useful and highlighted areas which we needed to address. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending FFM in the future.

DDB Physiotherapy Clinic used FFM for our annual PAT Testing. A convenient date was arranged and Ian (Engineer) turned up on time. He was very pleasant and courteous at all times and offered excellent advice regarding one or two potential issues. I asked Darren to review our fire fighting/fire extinguisher rental for Fareham Wine Cellar. We had been renting extinguishers from Chubb Fire for at least 15 years in the belief that we were getting a good deal from them. When Darren had completed his review and presented his recommendations, we found that instead of renting we could purchase outright the equipment for approximately the same amount that we were paying in rental. We accepted Darren’s recommendations, which included extra fire fighting equipment for the upstairs office. The equipment arrived and was fitted and tested by a most helpful and cheerful engineer. If you need to review your fire fighting arrangements, I can wholeheartedly recommend First Facilities Management.

I had a fire door fitted in a flat and although there were some initial delays due to circumstances beyond FFM's control, I was kept informed and they did a very good job of supplying and fitting the door of the required specifications. The work was clean and tidy, and initial price quoted was honoured even though the actual cost turned out to be higher to them. They liaised with the tenants in the flat to fit in with them, and were courteous and efficient.

After having a couple of attempted break ins my wife and I decided to get in a security specialist. FFM was recommended by a very good friend who have used FFM in the past. We found them to be very thorough and we also discussed the security lighting around our property. The reason we ended up instructing FFM was their attention to detail. We would have no hesitation in recommending them on.

Want to say a massive thank you to FFM for the fitting of the fire alarm and the access control system. This will make us compliant with the local fire officer and allow us to continue trading. With regards to the access control it will help keep members of the public out of the workshop areas. The whole process was effortless and the sales guy was not to pushy unlike some other companies I ask for quotes from. Will be using them again and happy to refer on to other business on the industrial estate.

Thank you First Facility Management, I have been looking for a local company who could fit CCTV to my property as I have had several panels keyed on my car, since the CCTV has been fitted I have not had any further incidents. The engineer arrived on time and cleaned up what little mess he made. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Have to say the whole process has been a pleasure. From the first visit to the actual work and then after care. All has been A1. With the quotation being 100% accurate to the tidy efficent workmen. I cannot recommend FFM enough. I will be using them for my new offices.

FFM installed a CCTV system for us. It was sourced and professionally installed on the appointed time and date. In short, they took on the job and completed it without any trouble to us, having thoroughly understood the requirements. Will be very happy to use them again. Recommended without hesitation.
