As a brief introduction, we are Firesharp Engineering Ltd, a West Yorkshire based Fire Protection company who cares about the Fire Safety of our community. Trading since 2008, many of our customers have been with us for more than a decade, where we enjoy professional, friendly and long-term relationships.

A family firm since it's inception, Rob and Rachel Sharp are the current Directors of the company, with Rob being the lead Fire Systems Engineer. Although his experience precedes it, Firesharp was set up in 2008 and has customers in a variety of industries from Care Companies, Housing Associations and Recovery/Rehabilitation facilities to restaurants, children's play areas and large industrial units. This varied customer-base and level of experience has lead to dozens of successful long-term relationships, a trust within the community and an ability to work in all environments.

At Firesharp Engineering, we specialise in the servicing, installation and commissioning of;
- Fire Extinguishers and Blankets.
- Fire Alarms.
- Emergency Lighting.

On top of this, we are pleased to offer a new service, Fire Door Inspections, which has become a necessity on many sites since January 2022, following the recommendations of the Grenfell Enquiry.

Our pricing structure for Extinguisher Servicing is unique within the industry as we do not believe in hidden costs or charging for service parts - these are a necessary part of the servicing process so are already incorporated into the price.

All information about any work that is carried out is stored digitally on our secure cloud-based system, which is then immediately sent to our customers delegated email address. If any of this paperwork is lost, even years into the future, our customers can get in touch with us and it can be resent from any job completed should it be required by yourselves or a third-party ie. Insurance Company or Fire Brigade Inspectors.

Firesharp Engineering Ltd ensures that all staff have gone through the adequate training for the services offered, have clean and valid Advanced DBS Checks and the company has Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.
