Casper was excellent in his knowledge and advice. He gave perfect advice over the phone, which ended up with us hot footing it to the store before they closed. He was a very polite man and greeted us warmly when we entered the store. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and Firebox will be our first port of call for any log burner issues. Highly recommend.

So friendly and helpful. Cassie, Luke and Phil could not have been more helpful to my wife and I when the glass door of the stove in a property we were house-sitting cracked. We were strangers to the area, but found everyone more than ready to go that extra mile for us.

Cassie was most helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me to select the right stove. She also put me in touch with Neil, a stove fitter, who was excellent. He visited a couple of times to give me an estimate and advice on preparing the fire place which I was undertaking. He carried out the work promptly and very efficiently. Bought a Cleanburn Lovenholm Multi-fuel Stove at the end of last year. Great price when compared to other stove outlets. Easy to maintain, clean and use, with a lovely big window to spread the warm glow around the living room. Firebox's service was nothing short of exemplary. The gentleman (independent) sent to install the stove was fantastic and I couldn't rate his work more highly; honest and very efficient. Other quotes I received had neglected to explain I already had a clay lined pipe, which they were happy to provide a cost for installing within their quote. Not the case this time; Not only did the gentleman note the pipe, he explained how the pipe would need to be smoke tested first and once the test came back positive, he saved me around £500! He also cleaned away all mess leaving me living room tidier than when he arrived. Add to that they provided me with outstanding wood through their supplier, who although not the cheapest, delivers the best hard wood logs and kindling I have found, providing heat like no other wood has been able to. Great if you haven't installed your stove in time to season your own logs over the summer. A couple of years ago, I bought a Morso Multi fuel stove from Fire Box which I found a very good price and it was delivered on time. I was very happy with the product. I just simply love my woodburner. I had been thinking about buying it for ages and I only wish I had it sooner. Straight away it was good as I hoped. The new woodburner threw out more heat than the open fire, and looked great. Friends came around to admire it, and I quckly became very smug at having learned how to keep it going for hours with no or little attention. Many thanks to Andy as he was excellent and very helpful throughout the service. He took his time explain and made sure I understood. I would highly recommend Fire Box to anyone who is looking for good value and excellent, honest customer service. I bought my Esse 110 stove from Firebox. Damien was very helpful each time we have been to see him. He is very knowledgable about a broad range of log burning stoves and has enabled us to make the right choices of stove for our home. We have recommended them to our friends and family. We went to the st werburghs branch to get a wood burning stove didn't really know what we were looking for but the staff there helped us with everything we needed to know very knowledgable helpful and friendly staff, we bought our stove and everything we needed, we had a few problems when we were fitting it but after a phone call to firebox we knew how to sort it out so great after sales service as well. I brought a Morso S81 stove from Fire Box which was a very good price and delivered on time. I was very happy with the product but due to technical issues with our chimney and a dispute with our landlord we were unable to fit the stove. I called back Fire Box and spoke to Andy and explained the situation. He was excellent and not only did he offer me a full refund on return of goods but he also gave me an extension on when I could return them. After cracking the glass in our Stovax stove we needed a replacement in a hurry as it was one of coldest days of this winter. Andy was fantastic in sorting out a slow supply chain from the manufacturer Stovax. He arranged a super fast delivery and we had our stove back up and running within a day. I can't recommend this company enough.

The team at the Firebox are excellent. There is a good selection of stoves to choose from and they are refreshingly honest about the pros and cons of each stove to help you choose the right one for you. The prices are very competitive but with a fantastic level of service that you would expect to pay more for. We have bought two stoves from them and can't recommend them highly enough.

Thinking putting a wood burner in would be a simple matter of choosing one, and fitting it, and in fairness to the staff at the st werburghs branch did all they could to help us in every aspect of buying the RIGHT stove and how it needed to be fitted. Firebox Stoves deserve the full 5 star rating without doubt in my view, From the very begining, my dealings with them, in particular (Andy Greening), have been nothing but very polite and hugely informative, The best deal was worked out to suit my requirements at a very compettive price, I then recieved the goods exactly when I was told I would, which were beautifully packedged and protected (obviously done with care).
