I have used a handful of PTs over the years but I can HONESTLY say no one has ever come close to Hannah! Making changes to your health and body isn’t just about how hard you work in that hour in the gym, it’s also the other 23 hours of your day. Hannah offers huge support and guidance WHENEVER you need it, including diet plans, extra workouts, recipe ideas and challenges for all of her clients to follow. During our workouts she is the PERFECT balance of pushy and kind. She helps me achieve weights and reps I never thought I could achieve, and knows my fitness and abilities better than I do. I also love how she always makes a point goal setting to help keep me driven. Plus the varied workouts are always fun, even the super painful ones :D thank you SO much Hannah xx.
Amazing super motivating PT always ensuring to get the best out of every session! Be prepared to have sweat dripping in your eyes and to struggle sitting down for a pee for a week after leg day! Hannah is highly knowledgeable keeping every week fun, hard work and STRONG! She constantly emails out workout plans, food prep ideas and advise on gym accessories going above and beyond checking in throughout the week. Super down to earth and kind hearted making every session wonderful. Book hannah for the sweats the lols and definitely for the booty gains!
I've tried four different PTs and can honestly say Hannah is SO MUCH BETTER than the rest of them. During her sessions, she is so motivating and always gets the most out of you. They vary from week to week which keeps it interesting, and she listens to what you want to get out of your workouts. She goes above and beyond - sending regular emails to check in, meal plans, weekly exercise plans and general motivation. I've never had a PT before that does this stuff and she works seriously hard to help you get results!
Hannah is a fantastic PT. I have been training with her since 2017. Hannah very quickly helped me gain confidence in the gym, particularly with strength training which I developed a great passion for. Her sessions are always challenging but fun and informative. She is excellent at keeping in contact between sessions via social media and email with session plans and ideas as well as food and nutrition information, something which has really helped me to keep on track and stay motivated. I look forward to every session! My life has changed so much since I began training with Hannah. I am much fitter, look stronger, healthier and happier due to her support and teaching. Thanks to Hannah I have decided to pursue a career in Personal Training myself, something I would never have recognised as a potential career path without working with her! Have worked with Hannah for over three years. Hannah is consistently challenging, motivating and uplifting. I went to Hannah to help boost my confidence in the gym, specifically the weights area! Not only did Hannah do this, she also changed my mindset on body image. I now look to be strong and healthy rather than the long list of desirable social media stereotypes. Hannah is brilliant, she’s down to earth and easy to get on with! An informative PT, that will push you in your sessions and out! Will always check up to see how your doing and on hand to answer any questions you may have! .
Hannah is a conspicuously talented personal trainer, she keeps things fresh one week to the next. She is a treasure chest full of tips, tricks, recipes and motivation - she plays a very active role in helping you carve a path toward your fitness goals. Her in-depth knowledge, creativity and care have had a significant impact on my overall health and well-being over the last 3 months, and to top it all off, she’s a really lovely person, so a hard workout is made that much easier by the good company. If you need a little boost at the gym, Hannah is the one!
I went to Hannah with 5 percent extra body fat than I currently have now. Hannah is an incredible person and trainer she pushes you until you can’t take much more and constantly monitors your eating day and night and checks up on your weight every week. If you want to get sexy confident and strong then Hannah’s the trainer for you x.
Hannah is amazing, both during sessions and throughout the day. She's realistic, supportive, motivating and most of all allows you to feel secure. Hannah did not make me feel judged in anyway and helped me to achieve things that I thought I couldn't. She has helped me to boost my confidence in both the gym and every day life. When I began working with Hannah my aim was to build muscle and size. I was a size 6 and now I can hardly get it around my waist! Hannah has helped me to become stronger both mentally and physically all in 8 sessions.
Hannah is positive, friendly and great to have as a personal trainer. I now enjoy going to the gym instead of feeling like it is a chore! She pushed me hard in sessions, making them fun and enjoyable, whilst still achieving amazing results. She really listens to what you want to focus on and tailors sessions to suit your needs. There is constant support 24/7 with emails/WhatsApp to help keep you on track and focused!
Always struggled with my weight and trying to get it off. Hannah was amazing at helping with both my diet and my exercise routine. I’ve gained so much confidence from my fitness now and feel comfortable using weights alone in the gym which I never thought would have been possible for me. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Amazing attention to detail, once you’ve sat down with Hannah and explained how she can help you. She will put together a personal plan to help you achieve your goals. Be prepared she is firm but fair this is purely so you can achieve your goals and once you get there but be scratching your head thinking why didn’t I do this sooner!
