I had my wedding photos on discs and no longer have access to a disc drive, I emailed Film Scan Ltd with questions I had about there service and if they could help and the customer service I received was excellent. I sent my discs and had the photos transferred to a USB stick and I'm so happy that I can access my wedding photos. Thank you for a great service and would recommend anyone to use this company.
Very easy to deal with, and the results are excellent. I have had several batches of colour slides from the 1980’s digitised, and I am completely happy with the results. Prior to using Film Scan, I used a couple of other outfits, but found that Film Scan results were better than the others, so stuck with them.
Scanning of old family photos in preparation for a house move. Very happy with the results, which have brought back many good memories. They took a while longer than the 'auto-predicted' date, but I had advised that I wasn't in any rush for them so quite happy for other jobs to have been given greater priority in this instance.
I had two orders - the first was excellent but the second was a problem as I had to wait two weeks from paying to receiving back the order (over the Christmas period) and nothing was uploaded on the website.
An excellent service overall - images are great quality and prints can back well packaged and in good condition - only 2 small things were not quite there 1 completion was a few days later than promised - 2 the online availability was clunky and in fact I didn’t use it in the end - thanks very much.

Once more, Filmscan have been an integral part of my new book project for Bloomsbury Publishing. First big job was on the Mediterranean, which was published in March; second on the North Sea to be published before Christmas and the third a marine life identification guide to the Caribbean. You do get a mention, excellent service and quality. Many thanks. Lawson Wood.
I’ve had three batches of prints and a large batch of slides dating back 60 years scanned in the past few months. In all cases the results were excellent, particularly given the starting material. The orders were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I’d highly recommend this service.
My first retirement project was to get my analogue (negative) photo library digitised. After a fair bit of Google research I selected Film Scan to digitise a number of photo negatives which were part of my library. In all, I sent them 3 orders. A very professional service driven by their web form through which you can track progress of your orders, download the images (in one zip). My wife and I, and our pals have loved bringing these photos to life again. My children, less so :-).
I sent a mixture of colour prints and negatives to be converted to JPEG files so they could be used to construct a photobook. The website was informative and easy to use. The images were made available within 24 hours of the estimated date and were of good quality considering how old the originals were. Very impressed with the level of service I received and won't hesitate to use again.
