So… I’ve been putting off my first boxing session out of fear that I might not be able to handle it. Shad was reassuring and listened to my concerns. He’s super professional and adaptable to whatever the weather is! (Got to love the British climate). Shad also made an effort to be encouraging and I’m glad that he’s also able to address my pain points and will help to improve them. Once my session was done, I felt very well accomplished and I was even provided with a review on everything we’d done, which I was not expecting! I think this will be really beneficial for me to look back on in a few weeks to see my progress Thank you so much, Shad! Can’t wait for the next sesh! ?.
I have trained with a lot off people shad is by far one off the best. He puts you through it and if he sees any sign off slacking he will not give up on you.
Shad is an excellent coach, calm, professional and knowledgable. The lessons are great and can be tailor made to your needs. Would definitely recommend him as a boxing coach or personal trainer.

This was my first time signing up for PT and after a few months of training with Shad I can't recommend him highly enough. At the age of 37, I can honestly say that every session I do is the hardest of my life. What I appreciate is that Shad keeps the work outs varied and engaging. Shad keeps track of progress and motivates during and outside of the session with check ins. After a few weeks of training I went from zero boxing skills to feeling super confident around a boxing bag and on the pads, and generally much healthier and stronger. No need to hesitate, give it a go! .

I have been training with Shad weekly for over 7 months and have found the sessions to be nothing less than excellent. I've tried to develop a fitness routine several times in the past without success: I've tried joining gyms, fitness groups and even tried to train individually at home but have found it very hard to stay motivated to continue for any length of time. Having found Shad through a recommendation, I've discovered an excellent PT in him who knows his stuff and is full of sound, practical advice on my diet as well. In all, I highly recommend Shad for anyone who's serious about getting and staying fit without dragging themselves into a gym.

I have now been training with Shad for 3 and a half months and having 2 sessions per week. I have always trained and have a personal training background myself. I would say I am pretty fit and I needed something that was going to push me to the next level. I can honestly say that it's exactly what I required. Shad has extensive knowledge and that is evident from the onset, but is also approachable and professional and being a female he makes me feel very safe but pushes me. Every session is Amazing! Every session is tailored to you and whats going on with you, when he says 1:1 its defo 1:1. Every session I feel reborn and set for the next few days.
