Feline Friends

Viv looked after our two cats when we were on holiday for a week in July 2011. Having come home from previous holidays to find one of our cats a bit upset, we were keen to find somebody who would look after them well and Viv was great. The boys were well looked after and Viv was great at replying to any text messages asking how they were getting on. Would not hesitate to recommend, thanks again Viv, Jill & Keith.

My cat Honey loves Viv. When I go away I don't need to worry that Honey will miss me or that she'll be lonely as I know she is still getting her cuddles and tlc. Viv has even texted me on occasion to let me know what Honey is up to eg 'had her breakfast, been brushed and now having a wash'. This personal touch makes me smile and lets me know that everything is ok, very reassuring :)The peace of mind and being able to go away guilt free makes this service priceless. I would highly recommend Feline Friends to anyone!

I have been using Feline Friends regularly for a number of years now and wouldn't trust my cats with anyone else. My 2 cats adore Viv and I often feel they prefer her to me! My older cat has a number of medications to take daily and this is never a problem to Viv. The care and attention are first class and I always feel relaxed and confident that they are in safe hands when I'm away.

I have a very demanding 14 year old cat who is very set in her ways and makes it clear if she isn't happy. I was reassured when I used the services of Feline Friends and met Viv, she is very experienced and knowlegable about cats and their particular habits. This has been ideal for me and I can recommend her highly. My cat Georgie was completely relaxed and is clearly happy with Viv. It's a very professional, friendly and personal service.

Viv has been looking after my 3 cats for over 5 years now and she has been superb. I have complete confidence that they are well taken care of, loved, pampered and very importantly Viv can be relied upon to notice if any of them are off colour in any way and she deals with that immediately and appropriately. Even after being away for nearly 3 weeks my lot are happy and contented when I return. Viv also took looking after one of my previous cats who had a significant medical problem in her stride which made a huge difference to me being able to enjoy time away. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Viv has been an absolute angel over the past 7 years I have used her for my 2 ragdolls. Completely trustworthy and I didn’t have any worries leaving my cats – from weekends right up to 3 weeks away. My cats adored her and you could tell the minute she came into the flat that they were happy to see her. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Viv has been brilliant looking after our two boys. She immediately warmed to them, and even gave one a cute pet name I hadn't already thought of! I agree with all previous comments, reliable, trustworthy and would recommend to any pet owner. She put our mind at rest when one of the cats was ill and was able to give him meds. She gives the cats a lot of attention and time and gave us a funny update of the mischief they had been up to. Very nice manner and we're very pleased.

We used Feline Friends to catsit for our two moggies (Steve & Murray) for several years whilst living in Glasgow until we relocated to London in 2010, and I honestly cannot praise Viv highly enough. She provides a truly exceptional service. Our cats immediately warmed to her and from the get-go we were reassured that they were in safe hands whenever we were away. Both our cats have somewhat special needs, but that was never a problem for Feline Friends. No matter how odd their routines and needs were, Viv was always entirely accommodating. And when we were away on holiday and a major collapse happened to one wall of our flat, Viv went above and beyond to try to rescue the cats from the unsafe building. Luckily all the neighbours and cats were all safe and sound in the end, but this is just one example - of many - of how much Feline Friends cares. I wish I could find someone as good, responsible, reliable and caring as Viv where I am now. I have no hesitation in recommending Feline Friends.

I've been using Viv's cat sitting services for a few years now and cannot recommend her highly enough. My cats are generally fussy with people but they love Viv and I know she gives them loads of love and attention and play when I'm away. Both cats are completely relaxed when I come home so I know they've been well looked after,but Viv also provides an update on what they've been up to for extra reassurance. A completely professional, trustworthy and generally fantastic service, I'm happy to recommend Viv to any cat owner.

This lady is amazing. My cats adore her and when I return from holidays they are relaxed and happy. Its like they never even missed me! Her service is exactly as advertised. One of my cats is not well and Viv is happy to give medicine and a special diet. My two cats get lots of attention, are groomed and she even plays with them. Most important for me is that she spends time with them. I cannot recommend Viv highly enough. I will never ever use a cattery or rely on a neighbour again. Worth every penny. Viv has looked after my 3 cats for 7 years on innumerable both long & short breaks. There could be no-one more reliable, capable, trustworthy, knowledgeable & caring. She adapts to each cat's needs, whether it be giving medication, trips to the vet, special diets, or just an abundance of pampering & cuddles, coping well with even the most tricky of 'personalities'! I could not recommend her more highly & would be lost without her. My current cat positively smiles when I tell him she's due to visit!

Viv has looked after our cats for seven years and we have been very pleased with her care of them. She is well organised and we would not use any one else.

I asked Vivienne to look after my cat while I went on holiday. He wasn't eating very well and what Vivienne did was above and beyond! She bought him special food, took him to the vet for a vaccination, everything and anything he wanted or needed. He even sat on her knee which, if you had known Spot you would understand, was a rare occurrence. In my opinion, you couldn't leave your cat with a better, more compassionate person. When I can bring myself to ask another cat to live here, I know who I will be asking to look after him.

Viv is a gem. She has taken care of our two cats as if they were her own on many occasions for over 4 years. We've found her to be 100% reliable, trustworthy and responsible. Viv has developed an amazingly good relationship with each of our cats, one of whom is very wary of most people. She has also watered our plants and even co-ordinated the care of our cats with another cat-sitter on the rare occasions when she was unavailable. We also trust her advice about the care of our cats. I don't know what we'd do without her.

We have been having Viv of Feline Friends take care of our three cats while we are on holiday for several years now. Viv has from the beginning been professional, trustworthy and meticulous in her care of our pets, and I would recommend her without reservation.
