I'd heard Feetus had a good reputation, but they far surpassed my already high expectations. Dealing with Lee was a pleasure. Professional, knowledgable, honest and quick responses to questions. They go over and beyond to advise you on finding the right product for your needs, and are honest through and through, not money motivated. My order arrived quickly as promised, and even had a couple of surprise freebies included! Any future purchases of Vibrams will be done here, no question about it. Amazing service from Lee and the team everytime. Qucik turn arounds and if the excelent products weren't enough they tend to throw in a freebie. Working successfully in this niche with rubbish service is hard enough, to do it with the level of service offered by Feetus is quite frankly unbeliveable. Fair, Honest Hardworking people, now my go to shoe online store. (I just wish they would stock Lems ;) ).

I haven't received my order from Feetus yet, but the pre-order service has been absolutely brilliant - top-notch! I was unsure of what size shoe I should go with - so started a chat session - someone answered me straight away and gave me very comprehensive advice. Similarly I then emailed late last night and I had a reply sitting in my inbox before 8am! Now that is SERVICE! Very impressed indeed!

I can't fault the excellent customer service and response to any questions I asked. Deliveries were spot on and fast. Have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

Next day delivery meant the day after next. When I received my order it was incorrect. The shoes were excellent and fit like I hoped but if you order the relevant socks to fit the shoes and you order 'small' but get sent 'large' and the colour is also incorrect then there is something wrong somewhere.

Overall I had a fantastic experience with Feetus. They provided me with excellent advice and customer service through their "pop-up chat" feature on their website, which allowed me to select the best products for me. They responded to my emails very quickly too. I am exceptionally happy with Feetus as their customer service was excellent, their prices are competitive, and their postage and shipping time and prices were great! I will definitely be using Feetus again!

I purchased a pair of Vibram Five Fingers trainers online. The online assistant feed was extremely helpful as I wouldn't have been able to complete the process on my own as my I'm not computer literate. During the transaction the online assistant drew my attention to a pair of socks which I also purchased and it turns out I needed. The online assistant was thoroughly knowledgeable about the trainers and this was helpful because I had numerous questions about it. With all the help provided to me I felt confident and satisfied about my purchase. Delivery was swift and I received a lovely miniature bag of Haribo sweeties! Thank you.

Outstanding customer service, very refreshing to experience.

I found the Feetus website easy to navigate and visually pleasing. I decided to use the on line help chat function as I don't do a lot of buying on line and I don't know much about shoes. The assistance Lee gave me was top of the range. He asked the right questions and even managed to answer a few of my trickier questions- (can I use them for climbing out doors as well as running on road and off). After figuring out the best shoe and size for me the only thing holding me back was the price- Lee offered me a choice between first class delivery or some free injinji socks and the deal was done.
