Good service for some time till a double sheet was returned with black, oil marks on it. It was relaundered for no extra charge. I received no apology at all, even after commenting on this; just cold efficiency. Another double sheet came back later on with dirty marks on it. I then emailed the Manager and received no response whatsoever. .

Regarding your email to the manager, we have checked thoroughly and unfortunately we have no record of receiving it. We are very sorry if something went wrong in the delivery.
