With a fully equipped home office and experienced researcher, the organisation is able to offer a professional research service to individuals who have UK ancestors. The research results can be used to help take an individual's family history research to the next level, enabling clients to learn more about who their ancestors were and what they did.

The organisation is run by Julia Riley who has been working in the genealogy field for many years. Having previously researched her own family history, she is keen to help the research of others move forward.
