I booked and paid for my taxi in October 2024 for a pick up on New Year's Day at 12. 45am from Victoria Station it cost me £156 for the privilege for this awful experience. We are both in our 70s and the Station closed shortly before pick up, so we went outside to the point where we were originally dropped off earlier that day (we were told and it was pre-arranged that it was where we would be picked up from)especially as the 'do' was there and did not need to bring coats, so we thought! The station closed shortly before the taxi was due and to cut a long story short it was one hour late. We kept calling to find out where our taxi was and according to the auto reply it was always within a few minutes of arriving. The driver spoke to us at one point to tell us to meet him at HSBC/HBOS? Which was supposedly opposite? He said he was caught in traffic and would not be there for a while. Not only were we frozen, but had absolutely no clue where he suggested we walk to was. It certainly was not visible from where we were standing and the traffic was flowing freely where we were. He eventually appeared and I think out of sheer spite parked further down the road, and was only noticeable because he had his headlights on. He was rude and blamed it on us because we did not walk to find him. Amazingly, the journey was quicker than the outbound, he seemed to know all the short cuts and there was no traffic. If I could give no stars, I absolutely would! We have had the worst experience with this company at the weekend. Prebooked a mini bus for 14 of us to get to mk Bowl for a gig. Charged £140 each way. Prepaid return on card and then paid £140 cash when we were dropped off. Agreed that the driver would collect us from the same location he dropped us at to make it easier for him at 11pm. Half of the group were there before agreed time, and the other half got stuck getting out of 40 odd thousand people. When all had arrived at the agreed location around 15 minutes after 11pm, the first group informed the rest that no mini bus had arrived. We had called the driver at 11:05 and informed him we were heading to the agreed location, to which he agreed and gave the impression he was on his way there. Once it got to 11:30 we called the driver again, who informed us he had collected some of our group. Which wasn't the case as we were all together at the agreed location. He had actually picked up another fare! We told him they were not with us and that he needed to drop them and come collect us as agreed and to which had been paid for already. He said ok, he then arrived around an hour or so after agreed time, and several calls to the company to complain about the situation. He turned up, pulled into the lay by we agreed on. We all stood to get in, and he drove off! While I myself was on the phone to falcon. Then, after a lot of back and forth with a few of us on the phone to Falcon, The driver returned. Once we all got on, the driver then demanded an extra £50 and threatened us that if we didn't pay it, he wouldn't take us back to Aylesbury. By this time, we had been waiting an hour and 45 minutes or more. We were very tired, angry, and upset at the treatment we had received by this company. As a local business owner myself, I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled by the treatment and complete robbery from this company. We have all our call logs as proof that we kept communication with them, which show times, etc, of said calls. There is absolutely no excuse the way we were treated and overcharged like this. A trip to Milton Keynes from Aylesbury and back again for 14 people shouldn't cost £330! Shocking and absolutely disgusting! I won't just be letting this go, this kind of practice can not continue! Saturday night we were robbed in broad daylight by this scam of a company. 14 of us paid for a return minibus to Chase and Status which cost 280, 140 paid online amd then another 140 when dropped off to guarantee collecting. Come the end of the night, the minibus was nowhere to be seen at 2300, one of our party was at the collection point at 2245 amd they wete telling us he had waited for 40 minutes for us but no way as we were there ready for him. After over an hour of backwards and forward calls they said he would return from another job amd then demanded another 50 quid for the pick up as the original fair had been cancelled. He ever turned the engine off and we sat there for another 15 minutes! Oh, amd when he turned up, pulled into the layby, we all approached the minibus and he then drove off only to return another 15 minutes later, and then demanded the extra money…. So the taxi cost 330 quid in total…. Absolute scam of a company, avoid at all costs…. !

I booked a taxi using the Falcon Taxi app. After some considerable time I was allocated a driver who then spent the next 15-20+ minutes driving around Quarrendon leaving me sitting in the rain in North Marston. A bus then arrived so I cancelled the taxi before I was even on the bus. There is a "cancel" option in the company's app. No more than a few seconds after sitting down I got a call from Falcon claiming the taxi was already on its way so I would be part-charged for it. I didn't agree with that but wasn't going to indulge in an argument with the operator whilst on a busy bus and decided to see how much they claimed (for a taxi that to the best of my awareness watching it on their app hadn't even left Aylesbury). They claimed the full fare for doing nothing.

Booked online by app. Took my money but failed to turn up and then refused to answer the phone when I was trying to chase the booking. They cannot be trusted; in Aylesbury try ABC or JET but avoid Falcon.

Bulgarian taxi driver arrived late but seemed pleasant. Asked to be dropped home but then one of us said can you drop me at bottom of road (was going that way anyway). Greedy driver said it would be £5! Said no. Had paid him to drop off on that road anyway. Cheaper than a lot but greedy. No morals would not use again would rather use an honest company for sure!

The taxi arrived at the time we should have been at our destination. I booked it a day in advance and he still arrived fifteen minutes late. He forced us to listen to the indicator alarming him that he did not have his seatbelt on until I finally told him to put it on. He seemed to have trouble seeing, lurched out into traffic when it wasn't clear, went alarmingly slow down roads. Spent the red lights on his phone and then brought us to the wrong destination. Absolutely abismal and straight up unsafe. I mean Abdul no ill will, but I would not feel comfortable with him driving anyone on a day with traffic, they could be seriously hurt.

Worst cab company ever! Please avoid! Cancelled 2 minutes before due to travel but were happy to take the booking and my money - later in the day, booked another cab, didn't show up then lied and said they had arrived, and no one was there! Absolute lies - no one came, my daughter was waiting in the cold for 30 minutes - they didn't send anyone, and they know it - I have demanded a refund for both, but I have very low confidence in receiving this given the other information on this website. I will wait in their office until a refund is paid if I don't get it back and I will report them to trading standards.

Please do not trust Falcon taxi. Everything is okay until you travel and pay money. But In case, you had to cancel trip, You will loose money as they do not refund. I have been waiting for my refund since last one month. I called 5 times and emailed them but still no refund. Everytime, when I ask they said your refund is processed please wait for 3-5 days. Today when I insisted real reason then they said your refund was not processed because we cannot give you full refund. I asked why and he said driver already started journey when you cancelled. Seriously, if that was the case then why they did not inform in the first call? Moreover, I cancelled because app initially showed me 10 minuites and then suddenly it changed wait time to 30 minuites. Who would wait for 30 minuites. Even when I cancelled and called company, representative said you will get full refund. And I am still waiting for refund. I am raising dispute with bank and I will make sure falcon taxi will pay for all these mental harrassment.Moreexpand_more

This taxi company did not provide a good service. Although the correct fee was paid at the time of booking, the taxi driver insisted on charging my family member again when he dropped him off. The person concerned has autism. Being charged again in this way, contrary to his expectations, would have caused him to feel very uncomfortable. Although the taxi company assert they will refund the additional payment, the request for an emailed apology has been met by a statement of "apologies for any inconvenience". What happened was clearly a systemic problem within Falcon Taxis. We deserved a proper apology, not this kind of lame wording, so that those who have been affected by this are able to see that when a company makes a mistake, it apologises for that mistake.

Booked it in advance but they didn't turn up at all. Called them in every 10 minutes. They said every time to give them a few more minutes and they had different excises every time. I waited 1 hour for them but they didn't come. Woud never recomend this company!

Without doubt the worst cab company I’ve ever used. They charge up front. In the past have failed to turn up then it’s almost impossible to get a refund. Today they sent a car to the airport for my girlfriend and our children that was too small despite us clearly asking for one that would fit 5 people and two large bags. Half of us went in the cab and a second cab that was coming took 90 minutes to arrive. They told lies and excuses throughout. I will never use them again and nor should you.

I booked a taxi a week in advance for 21st Jun to take me and another elderly lady to and pick up from a meeting. I received a 'phone call on 20th informing me the taxi was on it's way. I managed to contact them and had it confirmed that had made a mistake and it would arrive on 21st. The taxi did not turn up - I 'phoned and was told it would arrive much later than was required. The excuse given was that they were short of drivers because it was Eid. They must have know this when I booked. We had to get a friednd to take us and were late. This is completely unacceptable and I will complain to the Council.

Booked a taxi from haddenham to thame quoted £9, tried taking us to aylesbury then charged £14 instead of £9 when we got to thame. Now considering haddenham to thame is a shorter distance than haddenham to aylesbury and your charged for time and miles spent his car, how does that even work out.

Cant comment on drivers as didnt get that far! Wanted to book airport run. 1st young lady sounded fazed…. Lots of loud music…Then someone else took over. ("she's a trainee") Got the date wrong…And (do I expect too much? ) didnt suggest a return trip and sounded mystified that I wanted picking up after! Abandoned at that point for the utterly calm, unfazed professional Butlers- they were even familiar with idea of picking up after holiday! (and only £5 more than Falcon). Maybe ok to drive you to Tescos but wouldnt trust to catch a plane! PS Altho I told lady to cancel whole thing, a week later the phone rang at 6 am. Once. Ten minutes later rang again "it's your driver from Falcon Cabs." Explained the operator had cocked up by not cancelling. 10 minutes later rang again- head office to see what I'm playing at. WORST company ever! I had an appointment to the hospital and the operator continued to say just two minute for you taxi. Eventually I lost my appointment. I NEVER WILL BOOK AGAIN WITH THEM!
