We contacted the South Oxhey branch and spoke with Sam as we are looking for our new home in Carpenders Park, Bushey area and although we have not found it yet. The service provided by Sam and Robert has been first class. Sam has a very easy and "down to earth" style, it helped us when we were looking at properties and there was no pressure what so ever. The communication was outstanding and they both really went out there way to help in what turned out to be a complicated and frustrating situation regarding our sale and purchase. We used Fairfield Estate Agents South Oxhey after being with another online agent for a while. We found Julian and Sam to be very friendly and professional. Daunted by the prospect of the hell that is selling your house, fear no more. Matt and Chris at the Bushey Mill Lane branch made it all sooo easy. Straight talking, polite, friendly, full of what turned out to be excellent advice, and none of the normal estate agent swagger, they expeditiously shifted my property to a new owner hassle free, ish, but that was the new owners solicitor, not them, and for all their effort they only dipped their fingers into the proceeds for a reasonable sum. Both managed to be constantly available to talk to and always returned emails and calls post haste if they were not. We always knew where we stood, and the lucky tenth viewer is now proudly staking claim to my former territory (if she reads this, don’t forget to empty the bird box). If you have a property, if nobody else can sell it, then maybe you could hire, The ‘A’ Te… I mean Fairfields estate Agents. Highly recommended.

The worst letting agency we ever been with. The flat we rented was not clean enough (moldy patches, limescale everywhere and strands of hair in the bathroom sink) when we moved in. And when we left the place after 1 and half years we cleaned it using a cleaning company. It was in a better condition when we left than moved in. The inventory clerk they hired is the real two-faced a**$^££. Because we asked him whether the place is clean according "his standard" before we hand over the flat. He said it's in best condition ever and yet he included that it is not clean enough in his documents. Finally, we did not get our full deposit back. So my opinion is don't ever use this agency. End of it.

Not having moved house for 28 years we found the prospect quite daunting. Matt and the team at the North Watford branch were exceptional. From the valuation, open day and subsequent sale they were faultless. Always on the end of the phone to answer any queries, as well as being proactive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and his highly professional team.

In one word they are SUPERB. The service they have provided was one of the best we've ever had if not the best in similar services. The service they give is genuinely a personalize service.
