When I had the idea of getting a personalised handkerchief for my Son-In-Law to be it was only 1 week until the wedding. I saw the ones made by Heidi and contacted her to see if it would be possible to get one in time. She was so helpful, I placed the order on the Thursday and it arrived at my house on the Monday! I have just received the handkerchief with my personal and special wedding message to my niece embroidered in blue. It is so lovely. She and her partner are getting married abroad (fingers crossed) and I'm not going to be there so wanted to give her something special between aunt and niece for their day in August. It is perfect. I ordered 2 handkerchiefs in December, one for my daughter who is getting married next May and one for the bridegroom’s Mum which I gave to her for Christmas. They were both different but the lace on each was just beautiful and the embroidery exquisite. They arrived in lovely boxes with a card to write on. I will give my daughter’s to her on her Wedding Day but Jane is absolutely thrilled with her present and has packed it in her hat box ready for the big day. Ordered a garter for my daughters wedding and started to panic because I thought that I may have not given enough time for the order to be made. I decided to call the company to explain and Heidi reassured me that she would make sure I would still get it in time. Well I did? And it’s absolutely beautiful ? Ordered a personalised linen napkin to go with a very old solid silver napkin ring which was a Christening gift from a GodAunt to my late husband. I have put the two together as an 18th birthday present for my youngest Grand-daughter. The quality of the napkin and also the personalised name on it was first class as was the ease of ordering and quick delivery by Royal Mail a few days later. Would have no hesitation in ordering for future special gifts.

I approached Heidi with a request to incorporate the lace from my wedding dress into a garter for my daughter to wear at her wedding. Heidi was so helpful and imaginative. We had quite a few emails until the design was decided on, she never made me feel a nuisance. The garter arrived today and it is truly beautiful, well made and very well presented. I feel I really wanted to write this review. I order a personalised hankie in my daughters colours of her wedding. It was a pleasure buying from this lady Heidi. I had written what I wanted on my daughters hankie and ordered ‘ then I thought of something I really wanted to add at the bottom. I contacted Heidi the next day and there was was no problem at all. After a few days I recieved the beautiful quality hankie in my daughters colours with my added wording. It was so beautifully done and fabulous quality ‘ I had less than a week to go and contacted heidi if she could possibly rush me another one through for my son in law to be. Not a problem at all after and a few days later I received my son in laws. Now I need two more fir my sons wedding.
