Located in Staines, Extem Engineering Ltd has many years experience in the production of mould tooling - and can provide injection-mould components in most plastics, including commodity and engineering grades.

The company specialises in small batch quantities which can be accommodated on its universal bolster tooling; thereby saving money and time. This is accomplished using modern techniques such as computer aided design and programming.

Extem Engineering Ltd has a full in-house tool room to keep all stages of manufacture under its control. The company also offers its tool room services (including CNC milling and turning, and spark erosion) on a sub-contract basis.

Extem engineering is run by 2 directors keith fox and michael griffiths. Both were previously employed by the Timex watch corporation untill production was move overseas in 1997. Between them they have over 70 years of engineering experience.
