I have rented a number of properties with private landlords, smaller and bigger agencies, but none of them (and especially not the big names, surprisingly! ) have showed the same professionalism, efficiency and dedication Mark has. I noticed something different to what I was used to from the first time we spoke on the phone. During each of our exchanges, he has been patient, honest and helpful, he has gone over all the options we had, he has provided guides, documents and answers sometimes anticipating our doubts. The email communication was smooth, punctual and clear. It's really a pleasure to see small, independent business such as his delivering such a great service and I wish there were more like this! We lived in a property that express property services manages between Feb2017-Aug2018. From the very first communication with Mark, we realised how professional and organised he was and it gave us an indication of how he would manage the property throughout our contract. He would send regular newsletters about how to look after the property or what to do in case there was an emergency. He was very communicative with us and he also passed everything on to the owner of the property for feedback. When an issue would arise, Mark would send the contractors he works with, in order for them to have a look and then resolve the issue. He would always follow up either via call/email or visits to the property to check the work that had been done and bring the contractors back if necessary. We were very happy with how diligent, personable and caring he was. He ensured that we were happy living there and always asked if everything was ok. I have to say that this was the best experience I have had in 8 years living in London of a property managed so well. Express property provides a great service. Mark is the best agent I've ever had, always very helpful and very quick in solving issues. We've been living in this property since April and every time we had an issue he responded very quickly and sort it out right away. He has good contractors which helps as well. Since the moment he showed us the property everything worked well, offer, contract etc and he even has a nice personal touch which makes it very nice to deal with him.
