About Explore the Great Outdoors
At our site in Wiltshire we offer a range of Bushcraft Courses, which include family days and weekends courses. A great introduction to Bushcraft and Survival Skills.
You and your family will learn how to construct your own debris shelter, light a fire without matches, source and purify water and make string from natural plant fibres.
We also offer adult courses in Bushcraft, Survival Skills, Primitive Technology, Traditional Country Crafts, Taster Days, as well as Weekend Courses and Workshops.
This is a great hands-on weekends in our woodland near Warminster for all of the family.
Learning basic Bushcraft and Survival Skills with a guiding hand.
Learning or enhance the skills you need to make the outdoor a more enjoyable place no matter what Mother Nature sends your way.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Bronze navigation course and left feeling confident and excited in what I had learnt, plus I received a certificate. The course was well planned out and fun, with safety kept in mind. I would definitely consider taking another course with them and I recommend to anyone considering.

Had a brilliant day with the family in the woods exploring and trying new activities such as crate stacking, bush craft and how to make fire with out matches. Instructors had great knowledge and explained everything well for the children. We also enjoyed lunch on the open fire with the wood we collected from the wood and the coal that had been made on site already by others.
