We are passionate about helping people to realise their potential and particularly to develop the skills required to manage complexity. There are many types of business coaches but it's important to work with someone who has in-depth business experience AND is trained at the highest levels in coaching. Executive 20:20 Coaching is a blend of both. We are the UK's leading experts in Managing Creative Problem Solving at Executive level. As a result the whole comes together as a coaching practice which delivers tangible benefits to individuals and organisations.
We start by getting to know our clients and their organisation so that we can design together a coaching intervention that will deliver measurable results. At outset we always use psychometrics to inform and highlight areas for improvement. It is our belief and experience that this approach is by far the best way to get right to the heart of issues.
It's not a standard method that assumes one approach fits all. Instead we tailor what we are doing and how that is delivered to build exactly the right coaching for the client. Everything we do is confidential and there are clear guidelines agreed at the outset about what we might tell the employer or sponsor.
The coaching contract is agreed before we start and will set out how many sessions are envisaged and over what timeframe. Throughout the process the client remains responsible for the actions that are advised and the outcomes to be delivered. We know how important it is for the individual to remain accountable at all times - we facilitate the learning and development that occurs and help keep things on track.
