Executional is a UK event and promotional staffing agency with over 18 years' experience supplying trained staff for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, product sampling campaigns, brand activations and promotional campaigns nationwide. Founded in 2007, we operate from offices in Leeds and London with 6,000+ registered staff across 40 staffing hubs covering every major UK city.

We supply event staff, promotional staff, brand ambassadors, exhibition teams, conference registration staff, sampling crews, product demonstrators, event hosts, meet and greet staff, experiential marketing teams, festival staff and flyer distribution teams. Our clients include Shell, Stella Artois, ASOS, Specsavers, Kinder, Nike, Amazon Music, Three, Corona, GoPuff and many more.

Every team member is recruited, vetted and briefed in-house. No subcontracting, no third parties. We handle all compliance including Right-to-Work verification, DBS checks where required, food hygiene certification, alcohol licensing, and Health and Safety. All activations are fully backed by Employer Liability and Public Liability Insurance. Payroll, tax, National Insurance and HR are managed directly by our in-house team.

We cover London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Bristol, Liverpool, Newcastle, Sheffield, Nottingham, Cardiff, Belfast, Southampton and everywhere in between.

Every staff member is recruited, vetted and briefed in-house - no subcontracting, no third parties. All Right-to-Work documents are verified before deployment. Activations are fully backed by Employer Liability and Public Liability Insurance. We handle all payroll, tax, National Insurance and HR directly. On event days, staff check in via geo-tracked confirmations and our operations team monitors attendance around the clock.
