Initially I thought the product/service would impress as the price was ok and the order taker very keen. However, the mugs were not satisfactory - on some, the image was upside down, and on all, a portion of the red student picture was missing. Replies to my queries were now much slower. I had circulated the mugs and they wanted them all recalled to even discuss any sort of refund. I eventually secured an email from a manager confirming I would get a refund, only for them to double back the next day and to insist again on something I could not deliver - photos of the mugs grouped together to show how many were affected. My last email contact from them just before Christmas said they would refund me for 2 mugs. To this day they have not even done that and everything has gone quiet. Considering the name of this company I would have thought getting branding right would be top of the list for service provision but sadly it is not. I cannot recommend this business because when things don't go to plan, they try to avoid resolving things.Moreexpand_more
