About Evening Computing
Evening Computing provides IT support and technology guidance for small organisations, professionals and individuals.
We are based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, and support clients across London, Hertfordshire and Essex, with remote support available more widely where suitable.
The business has been operating since 2001 and is led by Elías Linares Sánchez. We help with day-to-day IT issues, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, computers, networks, WiFi, backups, email security and practical technology planning.
Evening Computing is Cyber Essentials Certified.
IT support for small businesses.
We support small businesses that need a practical and reliable IT contact for everyday problems, planned changes and longer-term technology decisions.
Typical work includes setting up users, resolving email and Outlook issues, supporting laptops and desktop computers, helping with printers, remote access, shared files, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and general troubleshooting.
We aim to explain issues clearly, avoid unnecessary changes and recommend solutions that are proportionate to the size and needs of the organisation.
Microsoft 365, email and cloud services.
Evening Computing helps clients with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace setup, account security, email configuration, mailbox issues, file sharing and cloud backup planning.
We can assist with email security records such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MTA-STS, as well as multi-factor authentication, account recovery, password security and safer access to business systems.
For smaller organisations, we focus on practical improvements that reduce risk without making the system unnecessarily complicated for staff.
Networks, WiFi, cabling and security.
We help with business networks, WiFi coverage, routers, firewalls, switches, internet connection issues and network troubleshooting.
Where cabling or more complex installation work is required, we work with trusted cabling and infrastructure providers. This helps clients get practical support for both the IT equipment and the physical network behind it.
We can also advise on backup, data recovery options, device security, Cyber Essentials preparation and sensible business continuity planning.
How we work.
Most support starts with a short conversation to understand the issue and decide whether remote support, an on-site visit or a planned appointment is the best option.
Remote support is available for many common problems. On-site visits are arranged by appointment for clients in London, Hertfordshire, Essex and nearby areas.
For new enquiries, please tell us what has happened, what equipment or service is affected, and whether the problem is urgent. This helps us give a realistic next step rather than a generic answer.0 FreeIndex Reviews
