We worked with Essington Computer Consultancy on our support and upgrade of our Shibboleth/Federated Access control for College Resource for both staff and students. They handled all the technical aspects of the upgrade and on-going support. They have always been supportive and respond to any queries in a very timely manner, usually within minutes! We also used Essington to develop our test server system for a potential upgrade to Moodle 2, and although this was not without its problems, they worked very hard to get a stable environment for our on-going development.
