Graham did two jobs for me recently both to a very professional standard, at all times Graham was polite, curtious and very helpful. Efficient, friendly and professional service – listens well to understand your requirements and comes up with effective solutions. Required an additional internet socket away from the main hub and also resolution for a dial up fault. Navigates around issues with patience and knowledge, very tidy and respectful of your home. All issues solved with the minimum of fuss and at very resonable price. Highly recommended.

If only all tradesman were as professional as Essex Telephone Engineers. Graham and Mike could not have been more helpful and provided the highest level of service. I had just converted an office into 3 flats - after being presented with a BT £3600 bill for proposed works I approached Graham and Mike. They quickly identifeid a simple solution to my cable and connection issues. I paid them a few hundred quid to do the works in one weekend and this enabled me to save well over £2000 off the BT bill. The works they carried out were neat and tidy, quickly completed, and saved me a small fortune. They are Stars! I was happy to pay them a good tip for their efforts. I had no working telephone and spaghetti attached to the main socket in the loft, but I still had decent internet so I didn't dare interfere as I need my internet connection. I rang (on my mobile! ) and Graham attended in a couple of hours as he had been working locally. He took time to understand how I wanted everything set up ideally and gave me a price to do the work there and then. He promised he would not leave without leaving the internet working. By the middle of the afternoon the main socket had been transferred and a box replaced and everything was working properly. I am delighted with the service and can not recommend highly enough, thank you Graham.

Excellent service, sorted my poor internet connection, I now have a much better upload and down load speed, Graham was able to move me on to another band that had less traffic to improve this further! I would not have a clue hopw to do any of this work! He also fixed my poor crackly phone line also and sorted the internal wiring. All round great service!

I had issues with my Internet around my house. I phoned Essex Telephone Engineers and they put me into contact with Graham. It turned out that my telephone infrastructure cabling had faults on it causing the speed of my Internet to drop drastically but after socket and extension replacements I now have the fastest speed I have ever had. It matches the speed I am paying my service provider for. Could not be happier. Thank you!

After searching the internet for an affordable alternative to the expense of our service provider I am glad to have found Essex Telephone Engineers. We were met with a broadband engineer that really knew what he was doing and kept us updated about the work being undertaken at all times. We have experienced absolutely no issues and no dips in the speed of our internet since. It is also faster than it has ever been. Thank you.

Essex Telephone Engineers have been superb. Having been let down by another engineer who did not turn up or return calls and messages, Graham was refreshingly different. He was extremely professional, turned up on time, and was very reasonably priced. Not only did Graham do the job we required, he also informed us of a fault on our line which we can now demonstrate to BT.
