I cannot express enough how impressed I was with Mike and his colleague. They sorted out broadband connectivity issues in my mother’s house. Mike was prompt in dealing with my initial enquiry, reliable, friendly and incredibly kind to my mother who has had a very tough time recently. He truly went above and beyond - thank you for restoring my faith in humanity!

First class service, extremely friendly, called round within 24 hours of making contact and resolved my issue, couldn’t be more happy, top quality service.

Rang this morning and Mike came round after 6pm this evening to sort out phone/internet connection. Fitted new socket and tidied up wiring that was already there. Very polite and professional cannot fault service would recommend to anyone.

I called Michael this morning asking if there was any chance he could come out to me today as our telephone line and socket had broken within 2 hours he turned up and sorted out the problem he was here max 20mins. Very friendly and professional! Wifi is up and running again very happy! Will recommend and will refer to friends and family. Much cheaper than the bigger company's.

Excellent efficient sevice provided, rang this morning and engineer came and sorted my telephone wires out this evening, replaced socket, very reasonable price compared to what BT would have charged thanks again.

Really happy with the service from Mike from Essex Telephone Engineer. Mike thoroughly investigated my crackly landline and was able to identify that the problem was not in my house. He gave me plenty of information to help investigate the issue further. Very prompt service (same day attendance), pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent communications - he called and attended when he said he would; unusual in this day and age! I would be happy to recommend this service and would be happy to use them again in the future.

Great service from Mike, did a really tidy job of moving our main phone socket. A better job and miles cheaper than BT. Recommended.

Had Mike on site today at our house renovation and we are really pleased with the work and quality of service. He relocated master Telepone socket to a location of our choice.

Mike and Tom were a great partnership. We were unaware how poor BT were. They wouldnt help in our hour of need. We had our telephone service shifted because of building works and our wiring has been completely hidden. No unexpected charges. We needed WiFi to cover our whole property and grounds. We did not know where to go - Mike put us completely in the picture as to what we could expect and at what price. We researched a little after his advice and found his expertise second to none. Perfect WiFi solution installed and excellent coverage around our entire property.

My mum, who is 89, phone was not working properly. I reported it to her provider but they would not prioritise her and said if the fault was inside her property then she was liable to be charged £129. 99. I decided to call The Brentwood Telephone Engineer. I Rang on Saturday afternoon. Tom was so helpful and very polite. He came out the next morning(Sunday) and fixed the fault very quickly, charging mum £60. I would not hesitate to call him again and highly recommend him. Thank you once again Tom.
