Booked with eShores earlier this year, the service was fantastic from the moment I enquired. I was given my own personal travel consultant who helped me I had chosen a hotel online that I quite liked but when I spoke to my agent I was informed that for my criteria the hotel I had chosen may not be right for me so my consultant priced my choice hotel and some alternatives which suited me better, they were very competitively priced and booking was easy and quick, the administration team was fantastic also informing me when my tickets were being sent out and also emailing my hotel with any special requests I had. When I returned from my holiday I was given a courtesy call a few days after to make sure my holiday went to plan. I have booked my next holiday with eShores and highly recommend them.

I just wanted to write this review as I am extremely impressed by the service eShores offered us. They really went out of there way to find us the right hotel and we did look at so many options but the one they helped us find was definitely the best. They give us some rough prices but once we'd decided what we wanted they went away and came back with an amazing price, below what we'd been quoted everywhere else. When I've booked holidays in the past the cheaper companies don't usually offer such a good service so I was really pleased to find them. Since we made the booking they kept in touch with us telling us what was going on, and we really felt looked after. Oh and the holiday was amazing. Best to date. So a big thank you eShores your a star and thanks to Nadine for booking it for us. We're all really grateful!

I normally use main stream agents for my holiday bookings but was prompted to use e-shores after recommendation by a friend. I was put off by the web site advertising luxury tailor made holidays when I wanted a family villa holiday. I need not have worried. My agent was most impressive going out of his way to find out exactly what we wanted and then sourcing a holiday at a price we were unable to match elsewhere. Customer service was second to none- every minor deatail was sorted and I was rung just before the holiday to make sure everything was in order. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely use again.
