Had Eric come and look over my Toyota machine when it seized up, gave me some ideas as to what might of caused it and what might solve it, following this it started working again. Knows his stuff well and gave a good fair price.

Absolutely brilliant service and a lovely man, he fixed my machine within an hour and saved the day. Would highly recommend him to anyone. He likes his coffee with no sugar too.

Phoned Eric out of the blue, had issues getting my PC to communicate my embroidery machine, he came out the next day and let will all working perfecrlty, definatlty recommend Eric if you are having issues with your PC or machines.

Would highly recommend. When ever I have a problem Eric is there, he has been known to talk me though stuff on the phone and sort myself out. If it can't be solved that way he is always here at the earliest time suitable to us both.

If I need it fixed urgently Eric's there - it's that level of service that keeps us working!
