Epsom Strength and Balance have been helping seniors for nearly 10 years to improve their posture, mobility and flexibility in order to maintain their quality of life.
Is it time to retake charge of your life, regaining strength, balance and confidence with Epsom Strength and Balance by joining a class?
ESB helps clients to prevent falls, rebuild their leg and hip strength to ensure they maintain their ability to move around easily.
There are four options: Join at home via zoom, join a group class at Epsom Methodist Church or Stanley Lodge or book an individual training session at your home or mine.
Individual training sessions can be arranged at your home or in my central Epsom location to deliver bespoke activities to target your specific needs. Call Karen to discuss further.
In addition, ESB Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis Prevention and Survival (OOPS) classes for local seniors.
These OOPS classes are helping this friendly group lubricate their joints, regain their upper body strength to improve their quality of life and build bone density. This helps seniors gain the strength in their upper body to push themselves off the floor if they were to fall over.
