EpiCatering was contracted to cater a gathering of family and friends in celebration of a 70th birthday party. From the very first contact with Marcus, it was evident that we were dealing with a highly professional catering company. The attention to detail was meticulous and every arrangement was confirmed by e-mail, as were subsequent changes. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and Marcus made a number of suggestions, with which we were happy to comply. On the day of the event Marcus, Tracey and their staff arrived in plenty of time to set up a fully independent kitchen under a very smart black catering canopy. The food, mainly a selection of hot and cold canapes, was served throughout the afternoon and a delicious chicken and chorizo gumbo with prawns followed in the evening. The food was beautifully presented and efficiently served. Compliments flowed from the guests throughout the event and for several days afterwards. EpiCatering took care of absolutely everything, making the day easy and relaxed for the hosts. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone planning a function.Moreexpand_more
