Neil responded to my enquiry promptly and we arranged an inspection for a few days later. He arrived right on time and did a thorough investigation of my property. The EPC certificate was posted online a few hours later. An excellent service I'd be happy to recommend.

We asked Neil to do an EPC. It was done at the right time and at reasonable cost. We have other properties and we shall certainly ask Neil to do the EPC's on these as they arise.

Very pleased with the work undertaken. I contacted Neil by email and the EPC was completed a couple of days later. Considerably cheaper too than the price quoted by a letting agent in York.
