I cold call contractors for their projects needs regarding accommodation. Most of the people I ring are quick and to the point and occasionally, rude but today I spoke with David Poulton, Commercial Director, who was not only very kind but also very helpful and because of the way he treated me in this service experience, I believe anyone would be in a safe pair of hands who needs work done by Enrvironmental Noise Solutions Ltd.

Very unprofesional service. I asked for acoustic design advice. They sent a guy who had no idea what he was talking about. He changed his mind all the time. During one of the meetings at their office, where you had to move boxes and garbage to sit down, Rob said that I don't need soundproofing between the shop and the flat because it won't be tested. Dave was sitting at his desk and corrected him. Unprofessional staff and worst customer service.

We use ENS regularly for Acoustic requirements. Previously used a different provider, but when we found ENS, it was clear that they had our interests in mind.
