We design and build modern industrial high-temperature hazardous waste treatment plants, combined with cost-effective Energy Recovery technology.

Specifically focusing on the safe and compliant disposal of Hazardous Waste using established counter-current rotary kiln technology.

Hazardous Waste can be converted into sustainable and usable forms of clean energy, including heat, steam and electricity.

The Environ fabrication facilities include laser cutting up to 20mm, guillotining and folding all types of sheet metal including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum by our highly experienced and qualified team of welder / fabricators.

Structural Steel – our new CNC saw drill line cuts and drills to your exact specification.

Biogas Manifolds – we fabricate biogas manifolds to your individual requirements and configurations.

Pipework Manifold Skid – medium temperature hot water plate heat exchange skid.

Dryers – The Environ Drying Oven has been developed as a robust, flexible and multifunctional machine capable of drying a wide range of materials.

Environ has the official UK dealership and distributor rights with Sandfirden Technics BV, who are experts in industrial applications for Scania genset engines.

Environ packages these genset and CHP engines in standard ISO containers which are fitted out to a high specification including acoustic attenuation and CHP configuration if required.

As a result of this off-site construction delivery and relocation both become much easier.

We also offer site specific installs including design and manufacture of bespoke acoustic enclosures.

Environ offer a complete, conception-to-commissioning Waste Heat Recovery ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) solution for recovering energy from waste heat streams.
