I want to express my deepest gratitude to Energy Trust, and in particular to Richard Elton, for the unwavering support and patience shown to me during an incredibly difficult and unexpected period in my life. While navigating a sudden and serious health crisis, Richard stood by me with understanding, compassion, and professionalism. He didn’t just treat me like a student - he treated me like a human being. His encouragement, flexibility, and guidance allowed me to complete my OCDEA course in my own time, without pressure or judgement. There are very few companies, and even fewer individuals, who would show this level of personal care and commitment to someone’s success - especially under such challenging circumstances. I had a great experience with Energy Trust. From the beginning, I was assisted in every aspect of the coaching and assignments. The response from the team was always very quick, and I am now qualified as an NDEA. I am also planning to join the OCDEA programme at the same centre very soon. Great trainer, good pace and learned a lot over the three days of the course.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Phil explained all the concepts clearly and maintained a comfortable pace throughout the lessons. He was an excellent instructor, making the learning process engaging and easy to follow.

The reading material that accompanied the course was excellent and very informative. It was well structured and made the learning simple.

Attended a really interesting online course which was presented, managed and ran extremely well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for training in the subject of energy efficiency.
